While our current company, E.A.C. Heating & Air, was officially founded in 2005 by Patrick Epperson Jr. (son of Pat Epperson Sr.) and partner Martin H. Jones (who passed away in 2024), it was created to continue the values and customer commitment of the original family business. In 2007, Pat Epperson Sr. himself joined E.A.C. Heating & Air as a co-owner, reuniting the family's HVAC service tradition under one banner.
